So, I have some news.... the designing bug has bit me.... just a bit!! I'm still learning and very new at it... but, I've started playing around with making some papers and I must admit, I am having quite a bit of fun with it! I'd be remiss if I didn't say thank you to Miss Ellie for helping me out with some constructive criticism, advice, and mentoring - thank you so much, Ells! You're a great friend :)

Between the designing play I'm doing, and the templates, QPs and brag books I've done in the past, I decided it might be time to come up with a name. So, I'm going to be known as "Trixie Scraps Designs." Trixie is a nickname both my hubby and my father-in-law are fond of calling me... so, I thought it would be cute to go with that! I may change the name on the blog, eventually... but, for right now, things are going to stay as they are.

So, I must say.... please be kind and remember, this is my first ever paper collection.... and I've decided to make it a freebie, in exchange for what I hope will be some kindly worded constructive criticism! If you decide to take it, please do leave me a comment and let me know what you think! I haven't included a TOU with the download, but the standard rules apply. You can use these papers for your own personal layouts, but please do not resell or claim as your own. I honestly don't know how I let so much time get away from me... my poor neglected little blog.... well, I'm here today, so YEAH!

I have lots of super fun news, but I'm only gonna share one piece today (hoping to force myself to come back and be more faithful in posting later this week and next). So, guess who I have the distinct honor of creating for, now? SUGARPLUM PAPERIE!! And yeah, I am completely OVER the moon about it. Nicole has a great style and "I love her long time!" I'm so geeked that I get to play with her beautiful designs now, whenever I want to.

Nicole has lots of stuff in the works now, so to make room for all the new, some of the old must go. She has put some retiring kits on sale in the store, through the end of the month.
