All Hallow's Eve has arrived!

OK, so I promised it would be today... and I would have liked it had it been during the DAYtime, but its still "today," so I am going to rush and try to get this post done quick so I keep my promise!

Introducing my first full digiscrap kit, All Hallow's Eve!!
I am really excited about how it turned out! The collection includes: 15 papers (all 12x12, 300 dpi); over 30 unique elements including some stitched felt elements and glittered elements, too; one full alpha with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and select symbols; and one stitched felt uppercase alpha. There is also an Add-on kit which I'm going to be offering for free below! Here are the previews for the kit:

New Template for you...

I attended the Speed Scrap at Scrap Matters today and the layout I ended up with was one of my favorites I've created recently. This is a photo of my niece Charlotte with a big 'ole spaghetti face! Here it is:

In the end, I loved the clean lines and I knew it would make a great template. So, I took a few extra minutes to turn it into one and now, my fun scrapping time today is also your gain! Enjoy and use it in good health! I'll be back tomorrow with some Halloween goodies! :)

Boy, can I relate to this...

Saw this video today on Amanda's blog and man, oh, man.... if God's timing isn't just perfect, then I don't know what is. I've been feeling kinda low the past couple weeks about this topic.... sometimes it just feels like everyone around me is having babies and I wonder if I'll ever have my chance. The years are ticking by way too quickly, now. So, not to be morose... but this video really hit home with me and I wanted to share it with you all.... perhaps someone out there is needing it as much as I did today. Thanks, Amanda :)

On a happier note, I am pretty sure I'll be back tomorrow with my Halloween kit! I've gotten about 30 elements done and I want to do a few more, plus the alpha. So, fingers crossed I get it done today! OK, on to the video, "I Would Die for That." It comes with a kleenex alert!!

Happy Sunday!

Can I tell you how excited I am that football is back?? I know... never thought I would say that, but I am really enjoying the quiet time spent vegging with my hubby in the family room watching the Red Zone channel all day. And, admittedly, watching my fantasy league Stat Tracker like a full-blown addict... who knew?? :)

So, not much to report today... I did want to show off Ellie's newest collection, which is a great collaboration she has done with Vasco of Moon Scraps. I got to participate in a chat on Friday when they introduced the kit and loved it so much, I immediately scrapped with it :) So, here is a preview of the new kit (click on the preview to visit Ellie's store) and also the layout I made on Friday. So glad to have a new "boy" kit to scrap the photos of all the guys in my life!

And, I made a layout earlier last week for the Thursday challenge at the Ellie's Angels blog that has gotten a good response at Scrap Matters. One commenter suggested the layout would make a great template and I thought... "You know? It would!" So, I've turned the layout into a template for all to grab as a freebie... click on the preview to visit 4shared and download. And Hey, if you've been here and snagged it, I'd really appreciate it if you left a comment. It's really depressing for us freebie designers when we see so many people taking our stuff and not taking the time to say a quick thank you or hello.

Oh, one last thing I almost forgot! I'm working on a Halloween kit... all the papers are done and I'm working on elements, now. I hope to have it ready for sale by mid-week... you can all expect a freebie add-on for the Halloween kit, too! So far, I'm really pleased with how its turning out, so I hope you all will like it, too :)

Enjoy and hope the remainder of your weekend is fabulous!

No longer naked!

Well... if you haven't been here in a while, you're probably pretty surprised right now, huh? :) I told you I had been looking for a way to pretty up the place and thanks to my gal-pal Ellie, that wish has become a reality! Ellie is selling these awesome new packs of Blog Wear, all made from her digiscrap kits, and the best part is that her packs come with instructions for blogger. YEEE haww!! I'm loving the way the blog looks, now :) If you'd like to pick up some pretty blog wear of your own, visit Ellie's shop at Scrap Matters.

So, in addition to putting on some pretty clothes, I've added links to my favorite designers and to other blogs I read; I added a slideshow of my most recent layouts; and links to my online galleries. I also added a "follower" gadget on the bottom left-hand side of the blog... that's a new gadget available from Google. I was just curious to see who comes here and reads my blog, so if you're a "follower," feel free to click the link that says "Follow This Blog!" :)

After finishing up my window dressing, I decided to change the link to my blog to match my new design name - so, if you have previously bookmarked me, please make sure to update your bookmark so you can find me in the future!

And to celebrate the new look and thank you for stopping by today, I have a freebie for you! I created this template for you from one of my recent layouts. Hope you enjoy using it! If you download, please leave me a comment here on my blog. Click on the preview to download and have a great day!
