Where's Ellie?

So... if you've been following along at the Ellie's Angels blog, then you know we've been having you hop around to the different Angel blogs in search of Ellie's big news... and if you're here, then you must have gotten Melanie's link to come visit me today, right? Well, even if that's NOT how you got here, you'll be glad you did :)

Ellie has some big news coming... and, trust me, the announcement is CLOSE!! In the meanwhile, its my distinct pleasure to provide this freebie template for you to download, along with two hints. One, you'll notice, is a sneaky peeky at some of the papers and elements in Ellie's newest kit, soon to be released! And the other hint is in the download - the next stop on the hunt for Ellie's big news. And trust me, the next stop is one you DEFINITELY don't want to miss! Visit the next stop on Friday and you might just find the end of this caper!

For now, enjoy the freebie template below (click on the preview to download). AND, don't forget to stop back and visit me again on Saturday, when the Angels will be handing out some more freebie goodies made with another brand new kit from Ellie and one of her pals!

In honor of my little sister...

So, my little sister caught wind of the fact that I created and named a kit for my Mom... and, immediately demanded a kit in her own name, too! So, of course, I had to oblige :) I've added the new mini kit to the shop tonight, and named it (what else?)... Katie. The great blue and yellow colors in the kit are pulled directly from my little sis's bedroom decor - don't you just love that combo? So sunny and happy! The kit is just $3 and would be perfect to celebrate the sisters in your lives. Click on the preview to visit my shop :)

Oh, and I will have some BIG Ellie Lash news later this week... make sure to stop in on Thursday for a freebie and the next hint towards the big announcement. And, then on Saturday, Ellie's Angels are launching a blog train with goodies for all.... make sure to stop by and visit! And without further ado, here is "Katie!" Thanks for stopping by and have a great day :)

Mini kit freebie - limited time only!

Hi everyone and good Sunday evening to you... I wanted to stop in and let you know that there is a new designer competition going on at Sunshine Studio Scraps and I am playing along. They've called it "Project Sunshine" and I'm one of the "Special Agents" participating in the competition. Our "first mission" was to design a freebie mini kit using a provided color swatch. It was lots of fun! So, I present to you "Sparkle of Love," my entry for the first Project Sunshine mission. You can grab it for free for a limited time only over at Sunshine... (you'll need to be registered at the forums if you aren't already). Once signed in, you'll find my kit and download links, along with 13 or 14 other kits (so far) from other "special agents" in the Mission gallery. If you download, please make sure to leave the aspiring designers some praise - many of us are competing in our first designer competition and it leaves us (myself included) feeling somewhat intimidated!

My kit will be available for free through Friday, after which it will move to the Trixie Scraps shop... so, grab it now, while you can! Thanks for stopping by :)

Grand Opening!!

So, the Paypal widget I was using to sell my Halloween kit wasn't working out all that well for me. What was a girl to do? Why, open her own store, of course!! :)

So, I am very excited to announce my brand new digiscrap store to you all - the Trixie Scraps shop! I've moved the Halloween kit over there, as well as all of my freebies (no more messing with 4shared - hip, hip hooray!). In addition, I've stocked the store with a bunch of new designs, too - keep reading through this post to see a preview to each of my new kits. All the previews are linked to the new store. And, for those of you who read to the end, there is a freebie surprise waiting for you... so, stay with me! Oh, and did I mention that the entire store is on sale this weekend only?? That's right - to celebrate my grand opening, you'll enjoy an automatic 20% discount on everything in the store. Ready to see my new designs? Here they are!!

First up, I love the Fall season with its rich colors, warm scents and crisp air. So, I created "Autumn in the Country" to celebrate this time of year. It is available as a full kit, plus a paper and element pack. AND, there is a coordinating FREEBIE (see below):

Next up are two brand new mini kits I've created. The first, Donna, was created in honor of my mom, who is a HUGE pinkaholic! Next is Lisa, created for one of my best gal pals, who loves the color purple and paisley patterns. Both mini kits contain 6 papers and 10 elements each!

Next up is a few new paper packs I've created - they are a must have basic for all your digiscrapping needs! The three new packs are Just Dotty! Brights, Just Dotty! Pastels, and Scratchy Solids. All three are available individually, but if you want all three packs, be sure to pick up The Paper Rack bundle and save yourself some scrapping bucks!

OK - WHEW! That was a lot to tell you about! If you've stuck with me this far, congrats! Here is your reward... I created this set of 4 quickpages for you, using my "Autumn in the Country" kit. All four QPs are 12x12 PNG files and are available for FREE in my store. Click on the preview to download!

That all said, I want to thank you in advance for supporting me and my new store. I am working on even more new kits as we speak and can't wait to finish them up and bring them to you. In addition, I am currently taking kit requests - if you have a need for a kit in a certain color or theme, drop me an email to let me know! Happy shopping and have a great weekend! :)
