TTT Tuesday - Creating Forum Signatures with SBC+

Happy Tuesday! It's time for another round of Tips, Trends and Techniques. Today, I'm going to share how I create a signature with SBC+ to use in the various forums around digiland.

First create a new, custom blank document. Size it 9 inches wide by 3 inches high. Name it and save.

Choose a signature pack or favorite kit to use. Add papers/elements of your choosing.

Select all layers EXCEPT the background and Group (on the Arrange tab).

Right click on image, Select Save As Content. Save in the package of your choice, either a custom file or the content package you used to create your signature. Under Content Type, select Embellishment. Name the file and save.

Upload your signature png file to a photo hosting site like photobucket. Once uploaded, resize the file to 320 pixels wide. The height will automatically adjust to retain the proportions. Resave. Copy the IMG code line and paste into the signature line at the forum of your choosing;

I used Trixie Scraps' Tuscan Fall kit and Plaid Passion: Tuscan Fall paper pack for my signature. There are also several Signature sets available in the Trixie Scraps Store or at any of the other stores listed at the bottom of this post. I can't wait to see your new signatures in the forums!!
