When I made the move to digi scrapping a few years back, I remember it being this HUGE step.  Letting go of paper and adhesive and ribbon and everything else seemed...unnatural.  Just a few years later, the digital world has exponentially exploded!  The other day I was playing around on my phone and explored the app store to see what it had in the scrapbooking department.  I actually found quite a bit.  Granted, these apps would have to increase the amount of features and get a lot more functionality for me to step away from Photoshop but it is interesting that the scrapbook industry is starting to delve into the handheld/tablet market.  Here are some of the apps I found:

Another thing that makes digi scrapping more accessible in today's world is the higher quality cameras on our phones.  That combined with improving photo editing apps makes taking, editing, and working with our pictures that much quicker and easier.  Here are some ideas for photo editing apps while you're on the go:
